DEADLINES FOR PRESENTATIONS
Abstracts for Communications:
Closing Date, 29th February, 2004.
Abstracts of Posters: Closing Date, 29th February, 2004.
Abstracts of Videos: Closing Date, 29th February, 2004.
Deadline for complete version: No later than 15th April, 2004.
All abstracts should
be sent directly to the Permanent Secretariat of the VIIth International Conference
on Rehabilitation of Built and Architectural Heritage to be received, at the
latest, on the 29th February, 2004.
The abstracts of communications which are accepted by the Academic Committe
should be developed upon and the full version remitted by the 315th April,
2004 at the latest. Any article sent in after this date will not, regrettably,
be published in the Proceedings nor will it be included in the official programme
of events.
All communications should be a maximum of 10 DIN A4 pages long (one side only),graphs and photos included. The texts should use Times New Roman (12) print with the normal spacing between lines. All articles should be submitted in diskette with high quality and resolution prints, drawings and graphs to allow for their adequate reproduction in the proceedings.
Posters are not fixed in format and should be handed in to the Conference Secretary on the first day of the Conference.
Videos may be presented in VHS or DVD with a maximum duration of 15 minutes. They should be remitted to the Conference Secretary before the 30th March, 2004.
The Organising
Committee regrets to inform that absolutely no communication, poster or video
will be included in the programme should the authors not have made effective
the official enrolment fees to the Conference by the given deadlines.
